I've worked across B2B SaaS, growth, and data, at the intersection of product and engineering. I care about helping teams move beyond feature delivery: understanding problems, shaping solutions, and owning execution end-to-end.
At TheFork (ex-Tripadvisor), I grew one team into the Growth & GTM pillar, 18 engineers today, through hypergrowth, an AI wave and the sale to American Express. I want engineers to own what they build, and I brought the whole team (dev, product, design) up to speed on AI. Previously, I rose from PMO to manager of 18 engineers at Société Générale, and founded my own startup (Comes.io, now Trawl, a public-data extraction platform), working hands-on across product, data and infrastructure.
